Rooms surprisingly good for the price compared to the rest of the area.nnThe staff checking is was a little slow but we did come late at night. Rooms were very big.nnBreakfast in the morning was basically nothing. A free muffin and an apple.
I was really sold on the breakfast after reading reviews. Turns out the best part of the breakfast was the bottle of water and coffee. Garbage pastry and garbage cereal bar. Banana was good. Other days the apple was not. Your best bet is don pan across the street for good cuban coffee and pastries.
Room was clean and modern. Staff was always pleasant and manager goes beyond to keep you happy. Will definitely be back to this hotel and recommend everyone.
When I checked, in they informed me there was no water. Ok. Then, instead of 30 minutes, that was more like 90 minutes. When the water came back on...wait for it.....no HOT water. Since I was not able to wait....you guessed it. I took a cold shower. The answer from the property is below:n“Good afternoon Mr. Valentine, thank you for reaching out. As you stated we informed you before check in that we had an issue and that we were working on having the plumbers investigate on fixing the situation. In order for the plumbers to resolve the issue they had to turn off the water and once the issue was fixed the water was turned back on and the tanks needed to heat the water to all guest rooms. From the time the water was turned on to when all guest rooms had hot water was within a short period of time.nnSincerely,nnLisa AlexandernGeneral Manager”
One night stay to visit family! Definitely recommend this hotel. It's in a good area, close to malls and restaurants. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They are following all COVID safety guidelines and help you as much as possible. The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool was a good size and the area was also very clean. For breakfast, they aren't doing the full hot breakfast, but they are handing out bags of breakfast goodies for all those staying in the room. The price is good for what you are getting!
