This review is mostly based on the Deli section of this Publix. I am very picky with how my ham is cut, I do not like thick ham whatsoever. Most times this causes annoyed faces and eye rolls from employees as they have to go the extra mile to make sure the ham is as thin as I like it (nearly shredded from how thin it gets). Today I was attended by Rosa Margarita and she was EXCELLENT! She didn't give any faces or complaints & didn't pretend she was about to do it how I wanted only for me to get home and find out it wasn't thin at all (which happens all the time). She really took her time and made sure it was sliced to perfection! Her friendly personality was definitely something that the other employees should take note of because she is truly an example! I know it sounds like something so simple but even a simple thing like this can make a costumers day. Thank you to Rosa Margarita again! Looking forward to hopefully seeing her around there again!

Your search - It's about the pineapple chunks sold by you. For the second time, I have found chunks that are very hard to chew, and I believe that your staff is cutting the chunks from the center (heart) of the pineapple, which I don't think they should. I would appreciate your comments. Thank you
