For 5 years or so My husband and I have purchased numerous pieces for Exquisite. Husband has purchased at least 4 watches for them. I have had them design and create numerous brooches, most beautiful was a bumble bee on pink gold with diamonds, pearls and turquoise. Another was a dragonfly in yellow gold and set with multi colored stones. Latest creation was a coral pendant in yellow gold that I am now wearing, really beautiful. I came to Exquisite Jewelers to design an engagement ring. Isaac walked me through the entire process, from choosing a stone to sketching a design. Throughout the process, he was very knowledgeable and patient with me.nI never felt like I was being rushed or pushed into anything and my fiance and I were thrilled with the final product. I cannot recommend Exquisite Jewelers strongly enough.

I stopped by Exquisite Jewelers for help to adjust a wrist watch I received as a gift. Carlos was very friendly and helped me right away. For a very reasonable price I was able to adjust my watch in less than 10 minutes. I really recommend this store, has been in the area for a long time and they really know how to treat customers right.

Great service and welcoming jewelry store! I recently googled for a watch repair shop to change a wristwatch battery and found Exquisite Jewelers which is right by where I live. I was greeted and serviced by Carlos who was very helpful and quickly helped me with my need. The watch was repaired and ready by the next day. I am very happy with the service received and also notice how well stocked the store is. I must also mention the sense of honesty and transparency I felt when I asked Carlos for a diving/solar battery wristwatch that had gone bad for years and instead of trying to talked me into a $75+ repair he simply told me to leave it in the sun for a full or couple of days, which I had not thought about instead trying to recharge it with regular in home light. Well, sure enough, I did as recommend and my watch is like new---thanks Carlos for the honest tip! I will strongly recommend this neighborhood establishment for quality service and jewelry needs!
