Very professional, courteous, and compassionate at the time I needed it most. Would highly recommend to anyone who must lay their family member to rest .
Rayne Cook , the owner, and her staff deprived us of grieving my Grandfather, due to her self-serving agenda of trying to please one person, so she could get paid. Although, my grandfather had already made sure before he passed, that she would receive the full cost for his funeral from his life insurance. Rayne turned a traumatic experience into a nightmare by calling the police to the the funeral home during my Grandfather's Visitation Service. For no reason, other than to dishonor my Grandfather and embarrass his family and friends attending the service. Family and friends had arrived between 3:45-4:00, for a service that should have started at 4:00PM, but due to money hungry Rayne it was delayed 90 minutes. Families of Madison, FL should look elsewhere for funeral and burial service for their deceased loved ones, because Cook and Cooper Funeral Home robbed our family of mourning my Grandfather.
