ENCORE RV Resort

This place has great potential but truthfully is a dump I have stayed at dozens of rv parks but non like this. RVs are so packed in its ridiculous I can’t attach a picture or I would show you. There is no presence of park Mgt in around the park ud83dude2dud83dude2dud83dude2d.

EXTREME CANCELLATION POLICY. Cancelled 75 minutes late according to their policy, and THEY KEPT ALL OF OUR MONEY FOR BOTH NIGHTS OF OUR RESERVATION. We called twice to appeal and were denied. Told it was their policy. We said it was our policy to warn other travelers of shady practices like this, as we have appreciated being warned by others these past 7 months while we have been traveling full time. This is the ONLY TIME we have been refused a refund for the entire length of our stay.

Went there a few years and the park has gone down hill, the staff is rude and they don’t give a damn about you or your stay, 3 times they tried to bill us for electric at what ever rate they wanted, some got charged for electric and some they never charged, poorly managed, no activities to speak of just down right GHETTO! STAY AWAY!

quiet very frenly but in need of restauration specialy bathroom and showers

Tight spots to park an RV, even our 25 foot Via. Lots of park models, some run down. Walmart next door has a nice parking area, was tempting, but we wanted utilities. Works for a night or two but no longer. Gulf Air RV resort need a remodel. Will not return.
