Seems this location may have changed ownership or not in the true definition. I'm not really sure I could recommend them for any reason. Sure there are some good people working there but they take their cues from the doctors at US healthworks and the insurance companies limiting any treatment. I don't know what kind of scam they are running with the insurance companies but run, run as fast as you can if you're sent there with any injury. Once the doctor sees there is no life threatening injury he has no interest in what your symptoms or problems might be. Your issue doesn't exist as far as they are concerned and they offer no advice to your subjective (non-existent) injury. That goes for most working there. The doctors will go as far as accusing you of faking it (malingering) and offer nothing as they rudely walk away and ask you to leave no matter how nice you try to be about your situation. Ya can't even get a script for some kind of relief of the pain. And I'm not talking about narcotics or opioids.

I was instructed to go there by my company after a work related injury. I was reluctant since it was a distance from my home and not familiar to me. I am in healthcare and know the that not all facilities are created equal! I was so impressed with every person I encountered. Professional, courteous, competent, helpful, personable and prompt- what more could one ask. I was extremely impressed and grateful.

The staff was amazing, nice answer any questions that I needed to get a answer to overall best Urgent Care around I've been to a few times and a place to get ur DOT done to if you have CDL and live or coming through the area that's one of the places to go

The urgent care was very slow (total time was 3 hours) and the doctor was very brief. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is their on-sight physical therapy. The physical therapy side is quick, helpful, and doesn't rush you. I wish I could leave a 1-star for urgent care and a 5-star for physical therapy.
