K& M offers great service, but sometimes can be hampered by its small size and limited supplies of medicine. They will always do their best for you, but don't be surprised if you regularly find that they owe you medicine instead of completing all of your prescriptions on one visit.nnIt is a charming little pharmacy and if you are wanting to get away from the corporate behemoths, then it is a fine option. It is generally busy, but quite quick.

I highly recommend K&M Drugs. I have dealt with the Belle Glade and Clewiston pharmacies and have always been very happy with my service. They go above and beyond, even getting or having meds in stock that the big drug stores do not. I ended up at K&M after the big drugstore in town could not provide a medicine for several days that I must have & cannot skip a dose. As a school nurse, they have been the only pharmacy that consistently has my students' needed meds in stock and keep them in stock. I have referred all my parents to K&M for nebulizer kits (the most affordable of all the pharmacies here) and lice supplies (they have even ordered specific brands for me to refer parents for). There is nothing I have ever been refused. Even their prescription bottles are more user friendly which I truly appreciate. I love them!

VERY nice staff. VERY courteous. I took a prescription to Winn Dixie and was told there was a 3 hour wait time. Took it to K&M, and had it in less than 15 minutes, and same price as W.D.
