No wonder they have poor reviews. The pharmacist acted like I was such an inconvenience to them and rushed me on the phone after waiting on hold for 16 mins. And again this is why I don’t do business with big box pharmacies. Only use them because we are from out of town.

After waiting on hold for the pharmacy for over an hour to request that an antibiotic for our 6 year old be transferred so we could start the treatment, the phone call was finally answered only to be immediately placed on hold again. We then drove all the way to the pharmacy while still on hold, for a total hold time of 1 hour and 30 minutes. Only to be told, with an attitude, that they were understaffed, due to CVS cutting his people, and would not be able to request the transfer for 24 hours. During the time my wife was inside for 30 minutes finding this out, I watched another staff member wander in and out of the store 3 times for 5-10 minutes each time.nnJust a terrible experience all around. Save yourself the time and go to the Buy-Rite drugs, just down the street, instead. In and out in 10 minutes, including requesting the transfer.
