After a few bad experiences, I only visit dealers to drive and compare a used car I'm looking at from a private party. Never had a good dealership experience.
Short version: I ended up buying a buying a used car from Wilson, and had a great experience, great price, great car. I'll be returning to Wilson next time I need a vehicle.
Edit: later took a vehicle there for recall work. Completely seamless: they got the parts quickly, phoned me, I dropped it off, and they had it done by the end of the day. Excellent dealership.
They're really nice people but they don't have the system figured out. We made an online appointment a week and a half in advance and when we showed up they told us we'd have to reschedule because apparently online appointments don't show up on their end. We rescheduled and went back to pick up the car and had to wait in line for 10 minutes before they could help us. When it was finally our turn they told us we came to the wrong desk they still ended up taking care of us which is why they got three stars instead of one. To me, it's worth my time to go somewhere else next time.
I walked in hoping to have them replace a tire on my car. The lady who attended us was just so rude. I tried to be nice throughout our short conversation but she just wasn’t cooperating! I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon:)
The BEST auto buying experience my wife and I have ever had. No pressure, quick easy and we got exactly what we came in for in an awesome deal. From the salesman to the finance, everyone was so pleasant to be with.
I had an appointment for an oil change. I walked in and didn't have to wait in line or anything. The lady who took my information and keys said it would take about 45 minutes, but they were actually quite a bit quicker. There is a nice waiting room where I was able to more than 6 feet away from the only other person there. They have snacks, water, and cans of soda for those who want it. After my car was done, the lady went over all the details with me, and I paid. My total was $44.33. I got full synthetic oil as that is what the manufacturerer recommends. Also, I think it's worth it because I need only one oil change a year.
