UF Health Jackson Pharmacy is works well for my needs. The security staff do a great job of keeping the pharmacy safe, which now days is more important than ever. The pharmacy staff are very helpful and professional.

All of a sudden one of my prescriptions they are saying I’m allergic to. I have been taking it for years. No one seems to know what’s going on there.

They messed up on my extremely important seizure meds. They texted me saying it was ready, I get there and it is not filled. They finally filled it over 2 hours of waiting and it was the incorrect milligram. There is no excuse on messing someone’s needed dose up. People die that way.... the pharmacist is to blame without question. He/she should approve all prescriptions once filled to oversee any mistakes.....

The problem is they got you standing up waiting to be served. Like bro some people are sick and it's hard to stand and wait like that and before you start thinking not everyone has someone who can stand in place for them. I do.
