I’ve purchased two new leases and a new truck from Wilson Motor Co over the last few years, and service has always been WONDERFUL. From front (sales) to back (service), customer service is top notched, facilities are clean and welcoming, and car-buying has never been less stressful. Salesmen and managers at Wilson take care of their customers, and I highly recommend their services.
I have had many good experiences with the Wilson Motors service department. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and have helped me with repairs as well as maintenance items on my car. The most recent experience I had occurred because I inadvertently broke a part in the evening (after their service department closed for the evening) and I needed to drop it off. I went over there and was going to drop off the key and one of the staff noticed me there and invited me inside. I was able to explain the issue and drop the key off instead of just having to call in the morning. I appreciated that very much as a customer and I would recommend using them!
Buying our new custom ordered F-350 was made easy with the help of Rory McFarlane at Wilson Motor Company. We had lots of questions and requests which Rory promptly answered - easing our confusion with all the feature choices, helping us choose what fit our needs best. There was no high pressure sale feel in any of our multiple interactions. Rory was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with Rory if you need a new or used vehicle.
I recently bought a used truck at Wilson Motor. I dealt with few of the guys there and each one helped me out and answered all my questions. They were never pushy and made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process. I highly recommend them for new and used purchases.
