Did appraisal on diamond. Very bogus down graded color from his dim half burn out 40 year old store lights. Has no set of color match grading stones. What a joke had gem lab certified appraisal said it was wrong

My friend has a watch and let them repair; she paid $600 to repair but she still haven't get it back. It has been more than 3 months. Recently, I called them about twice a week; first week, the lady said, the repairman was on vacation. Second week, she said she would check with the watch maker and third week she is still checking. I really don't know what was going on with them. Maybe my friend need to take them to court and found out!nnUpdated; another guy said, he is waiting for a part send from the manufacturer, give him another 10 days. We See!

Do not go here. I had a dive watch I needed the battery replaced on. they replaced it and cleaned the watch. I went swimming the following week and the watch leaked. I returned to the store where he pointed out the back seal was improperly seated. then proceeded to accuse me of removing the back after they had worked on it.
