I am writing this review because I have had it with this pharmacy, and am changing to another one - NOT Publix. I went to my Dr. 3 days ago and dropped off my prescriptions immediately afterwards. My roommate said she could pick them up on her way to work the next day. She went the next day and 2 of the 3 were ready. However, my Nystatin cream was not. The person (I believe it was the pharmacist) said the doctor did not specify if it should be ointment or cream and they would have to contact him. She said she would come back the next day. So the next day (which was today) she stopped on her way to work, and was told the EXACT same thing - they had done NOTHING, and tried to say I would have to get hold of him because they had not heard back. My roommate said, no, - THAT is your job (which is true) So now they have said they will have it tomorrow - at this point, i'll believe it when I see it. However, I AM going to call my Dr.'s office and see if they heard from this pharmacy. It doesn't matter at this point - you should never get the run around when it comes to your prescriptions and you should be treated in a courteous customer friendly way.

I live over an hour away from my doctors office and had to pick up an RX for a procedure I am having today. I went to drop off my RX (1 pill was needed) and the female associate said it would take 30 minutes to fill. I explained that would make me late to my procedure and she literally laughed in my face and said “well most people get the prescription the day before” There was no way for me to get out of work 2 days in a row early and drive 2 hours to get the RX the day before. I never seen such a miserable person working at the pharmacy in a Publix. Ended up driving to another Publix to get it filled quicker.

Everything is rather easy to find, and the employees are quite friendly and helpful. It can be rather difficult to exit or enter the property simply based on what direction you're trying to go on Wickham. There's also some good other things to do in this Publix complex. It's one of the better Publix's in the area, if I do say so myself.
