Absolutely no communication at all with these people. Very unprofessional. They should take up some other job like watching paint dry.nStay away!!!

I have had two orders in one on Feb 28th and the other March 5 has received neither order and they don't respond to emails .

This company is a scam and fraud, do not buy anything from this company. They take your money then do not respond to either emails, phone calls or text. Check BBB on them and they have done this to alot of people in the saltwater hobby, have not seen no good reviews on this company if it is a actual company or not. Shows Ronald Ratoff as owner and Tom Hellwig online order manager. Yall took my money on 1/9/2021 for $169.93 for XLarge harlequin shrimp. Have sent about 4 or 5 emails now and not answering at all now. Left voice-mail and text and nothing from that either. Either send my shrimp or issue me a refund, easy fix

Do not trust this company!!!nI placed an order for a coral in April for almost seven hundred dollars. It is now September and I have not received the order they stated was in stock. I have exchanged over 40 emails with the company requesting a refund. They are completely unwilling to offer that as an option. They keep telling me they will get me my order and new shipments are coming and then they go silent. I have to now contact my bank to report this as fraud. They have taken my money for no product.
