I recently moved to abingdon from Johnson city to attend college so I went by the exit 19 roadrunner because it’s closest for me. I felt like I walked into the middle of a jerry springer show. Someone needs to remind Ann ( management) that her store isn’t used for flirting with men and screaming across the store to her coworkers . When I come in to make a purchase I don’t feel like walking in on hearing her personal drama. Maybe someone higher needs to remind her of social distancing and to keep her personal life at home ! It’s embarrassing to watch her behavior .

Stopped here twice. Once headed to DC, once on the way home. I have no complaints at all. Well let, good number of pumps and nice, clean and large on the inside. The two people I interacted with while here were VERY nice and welcoming. Was a little worried what I'd fine, not knowing anything about this area... but was pleasantly surprised!

CANNOT get a receipt at the pump at this store and also in Glade Spring VA. If I wanted to roll up my windows, get my grandchild out of the car seat, lock the doors and go inside andn1. Wait on 3 kids to scrape up 3.00 for a pack of cheap cigarettesn2. Wait on someone to cash in $5.00 in lottery tickets, and then decide what type of cigarettes they wantn3. White on someone with a prepaid debit card to argue with the cashier on how much is supposed to be on it....nThen I would just go inside and prepay to begin with.nWait!! I can't do that cuz I usually fill up. I suppose I will take my $100 gas purchase across the road to Exxon.nI know neither Shell nor Roadrunner Markets care but enough is enough!

Cashier name Taylor. Took 3x's asking to get name. Said Im on 2 weeks notice an leaving, call, complain, I don't care. ---I laid $10 down to pay for purchase. She said your throwing $ @ me like I'm a stripper.(If she were a stripper she'd STARVE. Large and gross. Dont think its nice to make fun of strippers either. Wont be back.
