Great experience with Blue Ridge. Was able to work out the deal with the salesman without even having to be there for an extended time. Very professional and personable! Eager to make the deal! Vehicle was cleaned and gassed up and ready to go when we got there. He went over every feature of the vehicle with us before we left the parking lot. Pleased customer! My boyfriend had already left a review but I felt the need to as well. The costumer service was great! Not just from the person we worked with but just the entire Facility was outstanding. We upgraded a Ford to a Jeep.... and we’re so happy we did so. We worked with Blake and Justin both... they were both extremely nice. Blake was excellent and understanding when it came to are wants and needs! He wasn’t pushy or anything very laid back guy! Which made the car buying process even easier! All around a great experience. We have recommended this place to many people when the time is right we will be back. Thanks again to blue ridge Chrysler dodge jeep for a outstanding job!

Great experience all around. Ashley is amazing on the phone and in person. Very knowledgeable about the product and friendly. Dominic and Heath were ready to help as soon as I arrived. They made trading trucks an easy and fun process. If you are in the market give them a call or stop in , you will not be disappointed.

Going with a 4 because my first go around was not a great experience. I understand profits have to be made but the communication was not all that great and I know the customer isn't always right but at least listen to what they're trying to tell you!nnHowever, second go around, RYAN HAMPTON was the man! His review alone would get 5 stars! One of the best car salesman I've ever dealt with and definitely made it a huge turnaround experience for me.. Super friendly, good personality, was very informative and great communication skills! If you go, go see him and ONLY him! 100%

Vehicle is a 2500 Dodge diesel. Oil change, fuel filter change, fuel system additive, tire rotation, front end alignment. According to my tire monitoring system every tire now has a different amount of pressure. I checked it before dropping off and all were the same except for one. The alignment either didn't work or isn't fixed. Still pulls just like before. I am not happy with this given the amount of money spent today.
