If you ever need a good traffic lawyer the a number one best lawyer in the Abingdon area is Wayne Austin. Nice and polite, very professional, just the all around best experience. I had him take my reckless driving case today actually and got it lowered down to a improper driving. I recommend Wayne Austin to any of my friends and family or just anyone and everyone. You won’t regret it!!

Would call and email and would never hear anything back from them. Something that should have taken no time at all to finish took over a year due to lack of communication. I would not wish anyone to go through what we have because of this. So please if you still choose this law firm I wish you better luck than me.

David Scyphers fills in as a judge sometimes, and is well connected in the community. This firm is always busy because this is where all the criminals go to stay out of jail. I don't know Wayne Austin as well, but I've talked to him several times and he is really nice. I have gone against both these guys in court and I won both times. Doesn't mean these guys are bad. Just means the justice system works!
