This place is not sanitary at all despite a global and real pandemic. Even the workers did not wear masks when it is mandatory. Awful experience and not safe during coronavirus.

Driving home to Tazewell, VA and it’s 10:30 pm and all the gas stations on exit 14 were closed and so I drove down a little further because I really had to pee after driving for 3 hours. Instead of being courteous the lady working at 10:30 pm on 2/12/18 wouldn’t let me use the toilet because she said she was getting ready to close and had it closed off for cleaning when google clearly says they don’t close until 11 pm. This is ridiculous. I was even going to spend money in the store and fill up with gas. I’ll never stop at this station again and will make sure that everyone I know from the area I know knows exactly how they treat their customers. I could understand if I was a dirty homeless person or looked like I was on drugs but I’m an attractive young clean female and their was no reason for her to treat me like an idiot or have the toilets closed off like that 30 minutes before the store is even supposed to close.
