Went in with severe pain and swelling of my knee. I had no clue of the problem. Dr. Travis Patton explained everything, in detail, to my wife and I. He did the procedure immediately removing over two ounces of fluid out of my arthritic knee. I felt terrific leaving more so than coming. I will be going back to see him and refer him to anyone who needs his area of expertise.

All staff , Dr Frazier, Dr Alford, Jessica Poink, PCA , Nurse Janice and front staff , cray tech are considerate, professional and kind! In such a difficult time the staff made me feel well cared for. What more can you ask for except compassion and intelligence which all are abundant. I feel so blessed!

Waited 3 hours in the waiting room, were told an MRI would take a week to schedule...it took over 3 weeks, after calling repeatedly. It took over 3 weeks with no concern. Seemed like patients are an inconvenience to this practice.

Haven't had a good or decent experience here. I understand that a doctor has to make money. I understand that there are a lot of people who get hurt and are sent to him because of one reason or another. What I refuse to believe and understand is that I am just a number to him, his bank account, and to the company he represents. I suffered a tear in my ACL, and his recommendation was physical therapy, a constant movement of the knee and strain on the ACL, in which he believes will heal in time. Never in my wildest dreams have I heard of such a thing. It has beenn13 weeks to the day that I was injured and I have not received the quality of care that I believe I should have received nor have I been released to return to work. It's a daggum shame.
