I've been using these medical offices since they opened, the front office is VERY professional and their stable of doctors and interns are top notch. Everyone is always very pleasant. A friendly place.

If there was a minus star that would be most appropriate. I would not recommend this office to anyone. I don't know about the doctors but the front office is horrible and the office manager is incompetent.nWhen my mom first had an appointment I called, told them she had just moved here. She was still covered by her old insurance for30 days until the new insurance started. They said that's fine,come on in. We went to our appointment and after waiting an hour, they refused to see her.nnMom's new card came in with them as her primary care and they wouldn't take her. They said they don't take that insurance. I asked if we could call the insurance company to try and figure out what the heck was going on and they wouldn't. She said they didn't have the time. Disgraceful way to treat patients! They should be ashamed of themselves.

This facility is very unprofessional. I'm new to the area and I was looking for a new doctor. In addition I had prescriptions running low and needed someone to fill them. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes I finally got ahold of someone and made my appointment. When I arrived on that day they told me I didn't have an appointment. Apparently they double booked me at the same time the doctor had a meeting and didn't call me at all. I understand mistakes happen so the receptionist told me we could reschedule. The earliest date they could take me was 2 months away. They said they would call if a time opened up sooner and never did. In addition the receptionist told me the DOCTOR was unable to perscrib medicine... as a pre-med student I know that doesn't make any sense. All I know is there receptionist are horrible. I can't speak on the doctors because I never got an appointment, but the hassle at the front desk was more than enough to make me not want to go. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
