Dr. Shields was amazing! She was able to diagnose me correctly and offer the best services to help me get better. She even confirmed that my insurance would cover the recommended services to help me. She has been great to work with me. She is always greeting me with a smile and happy to offer any answers to the questions I have. I love her nurse! So helpful and friendly.

Overall very poor experience. Physician has bad bedside manners. Very poor assessment. Did not listen to the patient. We were made to feel blown off. She talked at us not to us. We were made to wait well past our appointment time and was the last to be seen before lunch. We felt rushed and disrespected. The physician did not obtain the appropriate records prior to our visit. Just bad all around. Left feeling worse than when we came.

No bedside manner, if you have questions you won't get them answered, if you don't mind add sticking multiple needles in you and not wearing gloves, have it. If you've never laid eyes on her before, you may want to ask who it is that's wanting to poke and prod on you because she didn't have time to identify herself or my spouse before starting testing. If you have a caregiver or are one, be prepared to be asked to leave the room. (My spouse refused to haveme go out- it visibly upset the Dr, but thats the patients right) She was very rough doing the testing, left unnecessary bruising and unprofessional. When asked to give my spouse a break because of the pain she inflicted she wouldn't. The only break was when instruments had to be changed. No use for this Dr whatsoever and I wouldn't recommend her for anything!!
