Hate this place set in waiting room for 2 hours first visit with very few people in waiting room. Had blood work done and they lost my blood is what the Dr told me so the following app had to have it done again. Then dr sets next app 2 weeks out and you can't get back in for a month and that was only with a different dr. Was supposed to have a referral said that they would call me and let me know were and when nope no call been three weeks. Had app this morning 8:45 I was 15 min late I know that it is my fault but only 2 people in waiting room, parking lot empty next scheduled app a month and a half later.

Dr. Kahn and his nurse, Rachel, are angels. They care about their patients as demonstrated by their listening, returning calls promptly, and thorough research. Very thankful for this incredible team. They are rarities, and I recommend them.

I dont usually vent on Facebook about anything but I am completely fed up with Primary Care Physicans..the response time to their patients, to other Physicians offices and Pharmacy is terrible. I have put up with poor care, long waits and unable to receive care when needed for more than two years. I am done with how they treat their patients, the quality of care you receive from them and their inability to contact people back. I have heard negative comments about this group from Pharmacy, other doctors offices and especially patients. Shame on you for providing a disservice to our community. I had been a patients of this office for 10 + yrs but no more. No more I over look the poor service, rude staff or inability to put my health needs first. Sorry for the rant but I had enough..

This place is nothing but a major headache especially if you need refills on something scheduled— pain meds even Gabapentin. It’s just ridiculous, you may as well call a week in advance if you want your medicine on time. I cannot wait to change from Aetna to another insurance carrier so that I can see a Dr in TN. I would not advise anyone to come here.

I was a patient of dr dawson for yrs.she left and referred me to dr.dockery.i broke my back 4 months ago and she came in with out asking me anything except complaining about meds I have been on told me pretty much I'm on my own I wonder if she has ever had serious back surgery spinal cord injury trauma or seizures. And I have been calling this office for months and get no where shame on her just shows that dr. Don't care about anything but money
