We traveled from Michigan to here and I was SUPER skeptical since it was a smaller dealership. After a few months with my vehicle, I really believe I've had the BEST car buying experience in my life.nnRear differential was leaking and was fixed on site prior to posting the vehicle for sale. Dylon was very helpful in taking the vehicle to an auto shop across the street for an inspection. He made the buying process very easy. Answered all my questions and was very timely with communication. When I did find some defects they were flexible, fair and willing to work with me on the price. The interior of the vehicle had been cleaned very very well and smelled great!nnBut this one thing put my experience over the top. The floor mats. Yeah, hear me out. This vehicle didn't have the original floor mats so they put down their own floor mats. Now most dealers use crummy paper mats but they had these plastic type mats that allowed me to drive around for several months while I picked out the floor mats I really wanted.nnThere was a mistake with the temporary license but Dylon took care of the issue immediately. How they take care of you when something doesn't go to exception is a significant measure of a business.nnOne thing caught me off-guard from being out of state was I had to sign a limited power-of-attorney to get the vehicle title in my name. Seemed unusual to me at the time but this is apparently a standard practice in TN.

No Response.... I sent two different online inquiries on a truck, with no response. If you don't get a response, before you even buy the vehicle, I could only image once the sale was over; trying to get in touch.
