My coffee was good, but the delivery was not good, hense the three stars review.nnI used the Starbucks app to order so that I would need to congregate with other customers or interact closely with the staff - this store makes that impossible! All customers wait at the right of the bar, whether they order with the cashier or online, and there is no designated area for pickup. You have to go to the staff and ask if your coffee is ready and they don't even yell out your name like they do for in-store orders. You also, apparently, are just supposed to know this is how it works.
Expensive as hell but enjoyable as a once in awhile treat. Nice area inside Food City to seat and talk.
Poor customer service. When she gave us our drinks threw the straw down on the counter. Ordered a pumpkin spice Frappuccino it didn’t taste no where near that. Tasted straight up ice and water.
Coffee has a taste that is uniquely bad.
Expensive, greedy , there’s another Starbucks 15 minutes to the south if you don’t want to pay 1 dollar for coffee creamer, the coffee is stalled and cold
