Drive through was a bit slow, but the place was packed! The food was hot and delicious, our order was correct and the staff was very kind. The manager here is always friendly and eager to please the customers and tries to keep them satisfied. The inside of the store is always clean when my children and I have visited.

This used to be a negative review, but two years later, I've had to change it. This McDonald's has truly done a 180! Their drive-thru times are much better, the staff is much friendlier, and I can't remember the last time I had a complication with my order being accurate. They've gone from the location I avoid, to the one I seek out. The parking lot/drive-thru layout is still not ideal, but they make it work.

This is probably one of the worst experience I have ever experienced at McDonald’s restaurant. The staff was very careless, not rude but very unprofessional and unpleasant. They practice very unsanitary hygiene habits. Hopefully someone can get a Better experience than I did. The store apparently is under managed. The cashiers were always hanging out in the back leaving no one to greet or acknowledge customers.

The worst McDonald's ever. Everytime I order food they take over 25 minutes to serve you a small fry and some how all the orders after you keep getting called. Had to leave my food countless times because of these people. I'm not a complainer but it's ridiculous 10 people just standing in a huddle and no one doing there job...

Worst McDonald's in the area. Never have full list of products. And always claim there milkshake machine isn't working. Never come here it is the worth the drive to go to chilhowie or abingdon
