great place to launch a kayak early in morning. saw 4 fishing boats most slowed but one just came flying down the river. stay on the sides. not really any where to beach if you had to go the the bathroom but we only went up river 2 miles.

Nice boat ramps and plenty of parking space. From here you only a few minutes from the Blackwater river and NC.
