I've been here twice now. First, I got a perm and that lasted longer than what other said it will last. Now I got my hair colored and it turned out great. The people in here are very nice and they will not overcharge you. They're fair with their customers and they make everyone comfortable. I recommend this 11/10 times.
First time visiting this salon & fell in love! Many of my family members recommended Kim & I can see why! Kim & her crew are amazing. She works fast, diligently, & is super nice. Affordable price too.
I never write google reviews but now I really have to because the service was exceptional. I paid $35 for a layered haircut and looks so good. Part of the haircut includes washing your hair and straightening it. I was scared to cut my hair but the hair stylist was so was nice and took care of my hair so nicely. If I ever need a haircut and I’m in Richmond, I will definitely visit this place again!
came from Charlottesville and dropped by Richmond for a visit, decided to try this place out for a haircut and Eric paid very close attention to detail the entire time. made sure I was comfortable with what I got and the overall experience was very relaxing. definitely would be willing to drive an hour again for my next haircut!
I always leave it too long in between hair appointments, it was easter today and I didn't have anything to do so I went looking for an open salon. Kim was there and she did an amazing job with my hair. I've probably asked for the same hair style from a hundred people over the years and the layers Kim did today look best of all of them.
