I had the pleasure of meeting and experiencing a facial with Nicole this morning and it was such a wonderful appointment! I had a consultation with Nicole first as I had never been to see her before and I could tell that she was listening closely to what I was saying and my concerns. The skincare world is significantly overwhelming these days so it was great talking to an extremely educated person like Nicole about the best things for my skin type specifically. I loved every second of my facial as I knew I was in good care and my face was glowing after I left and throughout the day. I will definitely be returning and I cannot wait! Thank you Nicole, you were fantastic!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the soothing and spotless facility. I have been eager to find someone to help me with my sebaceous hyperplasia along with some aging skin concerns. I am extremely pleased with Nicole and the services she performed on me. I will be coming back for more treatments.

I wish I could give more stars!!! Over the years I've tried various brands and I've never found a solution that has provided results like this. I've had major skin concerns and Nicole has been amazing in addressing these issues one by one. The service options, the products and the overall experience is highly recommended. I have to preface that in my 45 years of life, this was my first time seeking out a true skincare regimen because I don’t have one...but I desperately need one. I would get really overwhelmed trying to figure out what moisturizer to buy because I’ve never used it. I found Rejuvenation Skin Lab on Instagram and inquired if they worked with Black skin types and their response led me to book an appointment immediately. I met with Nicole who is so warm, welcoming and has a really good spirit. I honestly felt right at home. She requested my skin history prior to my arrival so we talked about it and what my goals for my skin look like. Then she went to work on my face. She explained everything she was doing during the entire process and made sure none of the products she was using would aggravate my allergies. I had the custom alchemized power treatment, dermal plaining and non-laser treatment of moles. She explained what i would expect from treatment in great detail and answered any questions I had. She recommended a soap for me to use that was available for purchase in-house. I love it so far! She even sent a follow up email to see how my skin was doing later in the week. It was a wonderful experience and my face felt so good afterwards! This will definitely be a regular thing for me and I can’t wait to go back for more. Don’t hesitate to book. Nicole is the real deal! She even listened to my ramblings y’all. Bless her LOL.
