Beautiful And Pretty spa

I had a very positive experience at this location. It is well maintained/renovated & clean inside. Kayla did my hair & was on time & professional while rendering my services. I've received numerous compliments on my hair! I gave 4-stars because there's a lot of local foot traffic near the location. I know this can be off-putting to some, but the salon itself has security alarms, so it was not a significant problem during my visit. I've already booked again!

Hope did my hair. I booked her through styleseat. I was actually hesitant with booking her due to lack of pictures but I went with my gut feeling and booked her and I was right. Hope’s personality made me feel like she was a long lost cousin I found. We had a lot in common and because of our chemistry she understood exactly how to style my hair. I’m not tender headed but I felt like other stylist were ripping my hair out during the blow drying process; wanting to hurry up they burn and yank your edges out not with Hope. She knows how to treat natural hair especially if you have Kinky curls. I lost very little hair during the blow drying process and the temperature she used was perfect. Once I told Hope that my biggest fear was taking my hair down after a style and not having edges and that I wanted my front faux locs to be a good thick length to ensure that does not happen she did just that and made sure the rest of my hair matched it while taking her time. She ran late for her next appointment due to taking her time with my hair and I appreciate that. She’s very dedicated. I could go on and on about my experience but I would be here all day. I will definitely be back and have her do my sons hair who is in need of a “boyish” braided hair style. Thanks again Hope for recently doing my individual crochet faux locs/goddess locs.
