For me this was a brilliant experience. The facilities and the equipment were first class. The staff are top level, very friendly but most importantly very knowledgeable. It’s definitely worth it

The cryotherapy offered at the Vintage Boxing Gym is excellent for recovery after strenuous exercise! Cryotherapy reduces pain and inflammation. The gym provides excellent service with highly knowledgeable staff and trainers. It is also conveniently located in Scott's Addition in Richmond VA. Check it out!

I've had tendinitis in both elbows for the last 16 months. Thanks to cryotherapy, the pain has been decreasing and healing time really shortened after only a couple of sessions. Monthly package worked best for me, being able to use as often as wanted. Staff are great and very knowledgeable.
