I'm so glad I visited Curly Willow. I had the lift and tint and done by Amy and I love it. She explained the process and the results were better than I expected. My appointment had to be rescheduled because of weather and the spa was great about communicating with me and finding a time that worked. I definitely will be adding this to my beauty routine and returning to Curly Willow. I recommend them highly if you're choosing a place to have beauty treatments in Richmond.
I had my first lash lift and tint with Jessica and I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Everyone was so nice and they were also very diligent about the cleaning procedures, which I appreciated. It was such a relaxing environment and the quality of the work was top notch. I am officially obsessed and will absolutely return.

I got eyelash extensions for the first time ever. The whole process was explained to me. I believe Katie did my eyelashes. I felt like there was a great attention to detail. I love how they turned out.
