I did a float and a 90 minute massage on the same day for some very specific and bad pain. I’m sure I’m going to butcher the spelling of her name. However, by the time Antonina was done, I was pain free, which by the way, the relief lasted two and a half weeks. The best I have felt in a long time. Highly recommend the float experience BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, Antonina. ☺ufe0f

This was my first trip to Vitality Spa. I usually go to another spa to use the infrared sauna, but it was booked, so I decided to give vitality a try! I loved the decor and ambiance as soon as I walked in, and the associate working was super friendly. Unfortunately, I felt that I didn’t sweat much at all in the sauna, and left feeling a bit disappointed and less rejuvenated than I usually feel afterwards. Everything else about the visit was great- I will still be back to give one of their floats a try :)

I had my first massage and float session here yesterday. I absolutely loved it and will be back. Taylor was my massage therapist and was very kind and communicative and I left more relaxed than any other massage I've had in the past. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it!

Katie did an excellent job with the Hawaiin Massage. The intake was thorough and helped identify areas that needed attention. The massage made me feel like a jello pancake. I will definitely return soon.

Taylor was amazing! It was my first massage experience. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Definitely knows just the right pressure!
