Salon Vivace Richmond at The Jefferson Hotel

I loved my nail tech Nicole (sorry if I spelled that wrong). She was so warm and touched my heart with our conversation. Time flew by and the experience was great because two strangers showed empathy. In addition my nails look great :)

Today was my first visit to Salon Vivace for a massage but not my first massage with Myeisha. She is hands down the best massage therapist there is. She has been my massage therapist for over 3 years when she was working at Elements Massage. I tried several therapists over the years prior to Myeisha and several since she left Elements Massage but they just didn't work out for me. I'm so happy I found out that Myeisha was at Salon Vivace! Myeisha treats the body, mind and soul. She finds the points of pain and works them out. It's a trek for me living in Short Pump to go to the Jefferson, but it is more than worth it for the relief provided. I'm certain that God gave her the amazing talent and passion she has for her profession. Her massages are not just the usual predictable massages. She works on the areas needed. An added bonus is the beautiful Jefferson and the very nice staff from the time I pulled up to the building till I left. If you are looking for a stellar massage therapist, please call Salon Vivace and ask for Myeisha. Since I am traveling a distance for an excellent massage, I think next month, I'll either get a manicure and pedicure and/or eat at the hotel restaurant. I ate lunch there years ago and it was a great experience! They followed COVID 19 protocol as well. Valet parking wasn't available but I didn't have to pay to park either today so that was nice.

First time and last! My appointment was schedule for 12:45 pm I arrived at 12:40pm got there and was told “Josh is with another customer he will be right with you”. I decided to wait for a little thinking he was finishing up when he had actually just gotten started. I mean if you are backed up let customers know we have a schedule as well.

I've been here for both a haircut and for a manicure and both were great - especially the haircut! The salon is near the lobby, the mani/pedi and massage rooms are down in the basement behind the gym (no service, feels kind of weirdly hidden away but the rooms are beautiful). Everyone here is really friendly and kind and welcoming, and I've always had great experiences here! Josh is really talented and I'll definitely be returning!

I was referred to Salon Vivace by a friend and absolutely loved it. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and the hairdresser who worked on my hair was amazing. He was beyond gifted and knowledgeable, and helped me find a new shampoo for my hair! I'm forever grateful for the staff and for a wonderful experience. I plan on visiting Salon Vivace again the next time I'm in Richmond!
