Hey I never write reviews but God layed it on my heart to tell yall about a woman named Pamela bowles that works there. Shes the sweetest most helpful person. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the help you need. I've experienced alot of rude social workers. But she not just a social worker shes a worker of God,nd I believe she deserves every blessing he sends her way. Thank you Pamela we need more people like you in the world!

Every time I've left a voicemail I never get a call back and they are 9 days late issuing my benefits, they always come up with an excuse why there not on there and I have 2 small kids they are almost out of food my check doesn't pay for everything.

I have tried to call this office several times to speak to someone. This is very frustrating. I had to leave several messages on a couple different days for a return call. No one returned my call, so I went to the office in person to handle a cooling assistance question. I was rudely greeted by the receptionist asking me what I was there for. Ms. Wagner I believe was her name. I told her I had a question about the cooling assistance program. She rudely asked well, What about? I told her she did not have to be so rude in her response. She then said I WAS NOT RUDE! I then spoke to a lady & she told me she was swamped with applications for the cooling assistance program & only 2 of them were trying to handle the applications. I did not come there to listen to her complain about her work load. She was helpful though after she vented some. She handled my concern. I think they all need a refresher course though on Customer relations.
