worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. I was forced to pay for daily parking for an entire week due to the manager being on vacation and no one being present to pay for monthly parking. I received no sympathy nor any sort of refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

Staff was rude...told us we were about to get a ticket even though we still had an hour left before ticket expired and that was after telling us to leave if we weren't going to pay when we first arrived...we were sitting in our car for a few minutes getting a few things before we got out of the car...they really need to learn how to talk to people...will definitely be using a different garage from now on

The lady was not very nice. She was rude for telling me I could not park there and didn't allow me to pass. It was a very horrible experience.
