I received a parking ticket on March 13th and mailed the payment in by check on March 16. I checked my bank account and the check cleared on March 19th. 3 weeks ago I got a notification saying that my ticket was not paid. Thank goodness I had carbon copies of the check and pulled it up on my bank account and took a screenshot. I printed these materials and mailed these materials along with the citation back to the parking enforcement office to prove I had paid. Guess what, today I get another late notice that I have not paid the parking ticket. So now I have to waste my time and gas to drive down there to take care of this in person because these are the most flamingly incompetent people I have ever had to deal with. No wonder the city of Richmond flounders if these are the employees that are run in the show.

They are a big help in parking at The Farmers Market in the Southside of Richmond.

I never thought I would feel so strongly about a parking lot. The rates make no logical sense, the automated payment processing must use a 14.4kb modem. The operator, SP+, has the worst app and website imaginable. This parking lot makes me feel bad for it.
