I really hate this place. I had applied for SNAP benefits on January 18,2019 and I still haven’t received any type of benefits. Ms.R.Bowman told me on Thursday February 7,2019 I would have decision in 10 days. I expressed to her that I didn’t have any food to eat. I called her to see if I could get emergency food stamps but she never returned my call. I called her supervisor Ms.Grant but she never returned and I’ve been calling her since Wednesday February 6,2019 but she hasn’t returned any of my calls. I feel that they are very unprofessional and do not care about emergency situations.
