David is the man.... he may deal with many cases but he has vast knowledge of the law. Don’t be discouraged if he doesn’t answer or call you back. This is a working man. He is affordable and will show his real skills in front of any judge. Very competent and highly recommended.

David met with us today about a domestic abuse case associated with my sister. We were incredibly stressed all day trying to figure out what to do but after calling him up, he told us to come in on the day at 4pm. He saw us almost immediately, eased our minds, and didn't even charge us for our legal advice! Going forward if we need a criminal defense lawyer we will definitely be using David!

I went to court yesterday... All the cards was stacked against me... I was accused for a crime I didn't commit... I hired Mr. David Whaley ... In return he handled my case as top priority & got me acquitted & my case dismissed.. Mr. David Whaley was definitely a man of honor & mostly his Word..! A true blessing..!
