It would be nice if they ever answered the phone.
The city of Richmond VA Planning and Development lighting division should be fired and replaced with people who understand quality lighting. The lights they select are cheap and not intended for commercial use. I'm am left wondering if the lights they purchase for pedestrian bridges down town are meant to mock the tax paying citizens of Richmond. I've seen better quality Halloween decorations hung on porches of frat houses than the lights on T. Tyler Potterfield Memorial Bridge. Half of them have blown fuses already and the other half are placed in front of benches where you should be able to sit and enjoy the veiw of the James River. Instead you are brow beaten by tacky cat-tail lights that ruin photos in the day and blind you at night.
Five Stars to Adam in the Richmond City Department of Planning and Development Review. I did not catch his last name but he was very polite, attentive, and helpful over the phone when I called to inquire about Zoning Law. One of the best experiences I've had with a government entity!
