I want to become a veterinarian.nIs this a full on vet community college?nDo credits transfer?nwhat must I know???
I started my college career here and loved it. My experiences were on the Virginia Beach campus in the early 1990s. I loved my professors.
Tidewater is a wonderful school to attend. I graduated from this school with my Associates Degree. The staff and the professors were wonderful with helping me alone my journey so I could finish. Wish I could have stayed but I have decided to go futher in my education. Thanks TCC for everything.
This was one of the worst experiences I've had trying to transfer from a University. They were requiring ridiculous prerequisites that didn't even fall in line with the classes I was trying to take, and then told me the classes I had already taken weren't sufficient?! The registration department was always low manned and useless!
Tidewater community college is not a place of from here go anywhere. The school has been unorganized, lacking in guidance with helping students, chaotic financial conditions for financial aid and other services. This school is not recommended, they do not show any interest in the actual education of their students, but instead just wish to take money. There is no words that can describe the sad truth of how the school has operated. Those who do not get issues are rare, TCC needs to organize and prioritize their work ethics and financial services better.
