My physician is Dr. Christensen. Hands down my most preferred doctor from the canopy of physicians who oversee my numerous health problems. Why? Because Dr. Christensen is attentive when I describe issues that are menacing to my health - he doesn't rush. He responds in depth to any and all questions presented to him and invites me to participate in discussion the best course of treatment. .Dr. Christensen is professional in manner, and it's obvious he is well regarded in the office. I know when I arrange for a visit, I'm in the best hands possible. There are two women in reception at this office, and both women are very pleasant and diligent in manner. The nursing staff are diligent as well and are always looking to make you feel as comfortable as you can be. I highly recommend this practice. The practice also offers free parking in their lot behind the building. 5 star to all physicians at this location.

I was also a previous Dr. Titus patient.nnHis replacement is Kyong Chong. I can't call her a doctor since she was more interested in the computer screen than me, the patient.nnRepeatedly tried to get Chong to follow up on 2 simple things after my wellness visit. Only saw her because my previous doctor retired. No response at all. Spoke to her nurse who has tried several times. Still nothing weeks later. (Even people in the office indicated, on the qt, Chong was the problem).

I am very disappointed in the unprofessional, rudeness and disrespectful behavior of the telephone receptionist and Dr. Hendrix. I have been a patient for over ten years with Dr. Titus who recently retired. Dr. Hendrix was on call for the weekend . He hung up the phone on me as I was beginning to tell him about my husband's terrible allergic reactions to an antibiotic. He called back and took the info saying he'll call in another antibiotic. No such thing happened the entire weekend! He never called in a prescription! I had to figure out the best I could with my husband whose face, gums were swollen. Twice the receptionist will tell you she's giving your message to your doctor however the details of what you told her are written to be not important. I use to tell persons good things about this practice NOT Any Longer!!!

I think you should change the way you run your office. Patients should come first. I’m considering filling some form of a grievance with the authorities. Do not respond to this email.
