HOW JUST HOWWWW are any of these locations still in business? They may as well use wire hangers to do teeth extractions. ALL of the locations are super GHETTO... Customer Service is TRASH. Took my daughter here and I almost felt like if i sit down, I would catch some type of infection. The place is a DUMP!!! They need to be shut down. There is no way possible their medical practice is up to code or standard

This this the worst dentist ever they don’t even answer the phone then when they do they have you on hold forever if I could rate this a zero I would . I’ve been trying to contact them about my appointment for two days now off several messages and still haven’t gotten a call back I definitely will be changing dentist offices Immediately

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The front desk needs to get it together. They barely answer the phone have you on hold for forever. I asked for everything in my folder (medical records, receipts, etc) and as of right now its been two days and 10 phone calls later with nothing. They claim it takes awhile to find the documents, scan them and email them. Asked to speak to a manager and she was very rude and nasty. I would never do business with these people. on top of that I paid up front what my insurance wouldn't cover for them to turn around and send a bill to the insurance company up charging everything and now they are trying to send me a bill for more money

First of all they kept forcing me to get 2 teeth pulled then after that they said prescriptions are put in 45 mins-1hour like alot of ppl numbness wear off by then which thats exactly what happened to me today & on top of that i told dem cvs on walmsley & broad rock they sent it to one on brook rd wow now im in pain & have to drive far most trash dentist!!!

The service is poor. Appointment time at 5:45pm and had to wait until 8pm to be called to a room is ridiculous. Constantly over booking is seems. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This is the first time visit and will definitely be the last visit!
