Care First Dental - Dentures Richmond VA

I call to become a new patient. Woman answers, takes down my info, says she must connect me to Fred, I'm thinking who is Fred? She says he's busy, and will call me back. 2 weeks later I call back, tell them what happened, woman gets an attitude and cuts me short to connect me with Fred again, whoever that is. What a surprise, he's busy again, he will call you back within the day. No apology or explanation, basically just get over it. Well here it is the next day and no call. Disrespectful with no accountability.

In reference to Care First Dental in Richmond on 503 E Main St they are very professionals and show respect to their clients. They are helping the people in the best way possible and as soon as possible. I enjoyed my visits to their office its nothing mean about them. People just needs to be grateful to have these people it may take longer to fit because it is sent to another Laboratory. Its a good place to go love your neighbors who is kind to you.

I called to make an appointment around 2. When the lady tried to transfer me the doctor was apparently on the call with another client and she told me I would receive a call back soon. An HR and a half later I call again and kept getting hung up on and figured it was my Bluetooth messing up. Finally a guy answered the phone. He was speaking pretty low and I said sir it's hard to hear you. He stated for me to just call him back later instead of just repeating what he said, and hung up on me. EVERY single time I called right after we hung up I get an automated message saying the number isn't valid and to check the number and dial again. Now it doesn't take too much for me to put two and two together... Obviously he blocked my number. I call 3 more times and verify I'm clicking the correct number. Yep still says number isn't valid. So I grab my work phone and dial the number and low and behold the same guy picks up the phone! I give him all of my info and he tries to transfer the call and once again the other line was busy because the doctor was on the phone with a client. He tells me someone from the office will call me very soon. I then tell him hey I tried to call before and that was about 2 hours ago. I really wanted to book an appointment BEFORE I tell him about himself. He says again someone will call you very soon. I then ask him if he knew why my cell phone was not allowing me to call the number. He quietly says he doesn't know. I told him how convenient it was for the number to stop working once he disconnected the call. I told him it was very rude what he did and that I will call once again the next day on a different number just in case he blocks it. I am literally just in disbelief right now.

I'm very happy with their service. I went there because I had a tooth to be extracted, and the dentist was very nice and careful. I had no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended.

My dentist was very professional and helpful. He did all his work in time and there's no more pain. Highly recommended.
