My favorite place for sushi and drinks/wine. Always pleasant people, downside is ordering too much and eating it all! Also employee owned! Excellent service always.

Just the best bar in Liberty drinks, great staff, world-class service and fun patrons. Several times I have just provided flavor profiles and was given a well crafted and balanced drink. I have also just gone with the classics and again well balanced.

Liberty officially becomes my favorite bar in Seattle now!nnLove their delicate drinks menu, it was divided into several chapters and each chapter has a list of different drinks (Classics or Bubbly or Stir & Drink or Citrus...), you can tell they really put effort into the menu and each drink is a different story of flavors.nnWe tried the Chef's choice and it was amazing! Definitely come back to try other food items as well.nnOur servers were really friendly but was not attentive at times, it's understandable because the bar was full when we were there. Seating were limited and you might have to share the couch area with another group which was fine with us.

The drinks here are delicious. The bar rules are weird tho. We cant sit at tables as a group of 5 and were forced to sit in the sofa. I wanted table seating. The servers work quickly but are not the friendliest bunch.nnI'll definitely come back for the cocktails though. So good!nnI recommend the Little Houdini and Lady Buzz. Yum!

Rainy Day Woman - best cocktail I’ve ever had. My husband lets the bartender pick his poison and is never disappointed.
