Storage space is nice. They changed their locking system which then required a specific type of lock. We didn't get charged for their lock, but they cut off our lock. So now I'm down a lock that I would have reused. They also raise their prices every few months. It's incremental, but adds up over time. It's as bad as compound interest. Feels like a bait and switch tactic. Here's a great internet rate (we reserve the right to change the rate),and over and over and over again, they raise the rate.
My information was already in the system and it was an easy transition seeing that I was already a customer before. Very friendly as always and that’s why I am a returning customer

Alex was so helpful giving me information about reservations and rates over the phone and made the process of booking a unit so easy. Very efficient and a bonus is the storage unit is only a few minutes away from our house!
The ladies there were very nice and explained everything great. Alex did an amazing job with letting me know about the whole online program. It's nice to know that I don't have to go out to pay my bill
