I had the pleasure of meeting two lovely ladies today. I went in with questions about storage and they answered all my many questions. They we're patient with this 77 year young man. The place was very clean and they seemed to know their stuff. I wasn't able to get the storage today as I am on a fixed budget, but they helped me anyway. They went and showed me the packing materials I would need and showed me how to organize the space. They offered to hold me a space until I could get the monies up to rent. Lakisha even shared with me that we share the same last name. And I shared that I have a grand daughter with her same name. They made me think feel at home. I will be back to see these ladies real soon.
This place is amazing. The security is definitely kept up to par, I got assistance from Lakisha who was super helpful, sweet, patient and knew exactly what was needed. As someone who travels a lot for the military having the sense that my furniture and things are safe and the cameras actually work is a great feeling. One of the few good perks of Virginia Beach.
Great price, great service, great value!!! I highly recommend this CubeSmart location! Lakisha and Yvette provided phenomenal service. Both ladies went above and beyond to assist my family and me. This a a Veteran friendly establishment. I will definitely use this location again if needed.
Yvette was very professional and answered all of our questions thoroughly. This was our 3rd stop and became our last very quickly. She helped us feel very comfortable with renting a storage unit here. The prices were good. They offer military discount and it feels safe. Highly recommend.
Payments were easy to make. The staff here was always very polite when I needed help or had questions. The storage place was overall well kept. Would definitely recommend!
