The manager, Brandon, has been nothing short of amazing and made renting super easy. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions, stayed on the phone and walked me through the process! His customer service made my day! There was no question which storage facility to choose!!!! It has been a great and stress free experience! The facility is clean & easy to navigate! I highly recommend using this location!!!
I just went through the process of renting a storage unit with Extra Space Storage and it went very smoothly! Brandon from the Granby St Site in Norfolk was extremely helpful and patient, answering all of my questions and with a great attitude. He was even on the phone with me for a while taking me step-by-step through the whole process and explaining things for me so I wasn’t confused. I am happy I decided to rent a unit at this location, I know they will take care of me and answer any future questions I might have.
I’m new to the storage experience but Brandon and Alex made our move-in stress free. Their professionalism and customer service is unmatched. Learning that the establishment has staff (Brandon) on-site the majority of the time gives me sense of safety for myself, family and my valuables. Alex was also very accommodating during my visit today! I appreciate their patience and work ethic.
Went in to purchase a storage unit and Brandon was extremely helpful and courteous with assisting me. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. I will definitely be back.
Just moved in today! The whole facility is very nice, clean,, and Brandon was so helpful over the phone to set up our lease. He even greeted us as we moved everything in and was cleaning the keypads when we left. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
