Secure storage, but typical predatory military-town business. Went on an underway after attempting to change the payment method(unsuccessfully, so it was past due, my fault but still) and came back to emails about them calling JAG and threatening me instead of just overlocking or even auctioning the unit like they would do to a civilian. If you're military, steer clear.
Tidewater Drive Storage Center is a “must go” to store your belongings. The Staff is nothing less than Amazing and helpful. Being in the Navy and always underway, I know my belongings are safe with their security system and features. Do not hesitate if you are looking for an affordable safe storage. You will not be disappointed. Thank you TDSC!
I felt that the prices for units were reasonable. The staff I interacted with were professional and friendly. The building itself was clean and free of debris. I had no issues getting into the unit to move items to/from the unit itself. The moveout process was extremely easy with no hiccups. The only minor issue I had that really was not much of an issue is that during the work day it was difficult to hear the button pushes on the security panels when music was playing. There are plenty of carts to move your items. Yes, there is a truck you can borrow for up to a certain amount of time, and you only have to put back the gas you used. The elevators in the newer section are awesome, and my kids loved to try to peel the stickers off the new elevator walls. Overall, a great experience. If I were staying in the area and needed some storage, I would use Tidewater Drive Storage Center over other venues.
Tidewater Drive Storage Center is amazing!!! The facility is immaculate and spacious. It’s very secure and I feel very safe there. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I’d give it 10 stars if I could!!!
These folks bent over backwards for us! They had a truck we could use, plenty of dolly-carts to use to bring stuff up to our unit. Place is clean. Very happy!
