My car was picked up, bill of sale signed and paid cash on a Friday at 12:00 pm. By 11:30 pm on Sunday five police cars came to my house to question me about the car asking if I was the owner of it. I told them that I had sold it and who I sold it to. I also provided them with the bill of sale. We all know if that many police show up to your house it's not just to talk, someone going to jail. Luckily it wasn't me. I don't know what they got going on but if you sell your car to them be sure to contact DMV and take it out your name asap.nnUpdate: I was reached out to by the owner of the company who was very honest and apologized to me for the situation that occurred. I really appreciated it.

Worse business etiquette, they treat you like you're on drugs and desperate. I called the very next place of business and they gave me no hassle or haggle, they only deducted $20 instead of the $100 Roscoe wanted to deduct. I guess if your a white person you might get better and fair service.

If you have an eye sore in your driveway that you are finally ready to get rid of, Roscoe’s are the people to call...Please your wife, please your neighbors, and finally get that dirty rusted piece of junk off your property.nnI called a couple of other different companies before calling Roscoes and I was either given the run-around or not called back. I went to Roscoe’s website to get an online quote and within minutes of completing the form I received a phone call from a representative.nnI had two old vehicles that I needed removed. They gave me a very fair price and they were able to remove both vehicles in less than 24 hours. The driver called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. I was at work at the time so the driver helped my wife with the bill of sale and the transfer of title. He also removed the plates because I had forgotten too.nnFrom the time I visited the website, which is super easy to navigate, until the time my two vehicles were on the flatbed headed up the street, it was nothing but a pleasant and professional experience.nnThanks to everyone at Roscoe’s Junk Carsnn-Matt
