Do not get them to tow your car. They towed my 93 Mercury Cougar and parked it the wrong way on the street and left it halfway in the middle of the street. Called and spoke with KD and he acted like he didn’t believe what I told him told me to call back when I got to the car. Called KD back and told him how the car was and he was acted like he didn’t care about it. I asked him several times what the drivers name was and he refused to give it to me. I have pictures of how the car was and will be reporting this to the better business bureau.nCalled them back today 08/06/2020 because the car was not moved and parked in the right direction and is still halfway in the middle of the road. It’s on a two way street No tow company would park a car on the opposite side of the road in the wrong direction nor halfway in the middle of the road. But according to this tow driver, he said “yes they can”. Regardless of what the person that requested the tow company said the tow company has a responsibility to properly park the car legally if it’s on a street especially in an apartment community where drivers have to park on a public road. It’s a two way street. By law cars are to be parked in the direction of the traffic not the opposite way.nIf I could I would upload the pictures of how they left the car. Very poor customer service and business for towing.
